📦 What is your turnaround time?

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days, and arrive within 7–14 days from the date of order. Rush options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

💸 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all standard orders to one address. Need multiple shipping addresses? No problem — it’s just $10 per extra location.

🚚 Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also contact us anytime for real-time updates.

❌ Do you have minimum order requirements?

Nope! Whether you need 1 piece or 1,000, we’ve got you covered. Every customer gets the same great service — no matter the order size.

🖼️ How do I upload my artwork or logo?

You can upload your design directly on the product page while placing your order. Need help? Email us your file or call/text us — we’ll take care of it.

📁 What file types do you accept?

We prefer vector files like .eps, .svg, or .pdf for the best print quality. If you have a .png or .jpeg, we’ll optimize it as best we can — and contact you if needed.

🎨 Can I design multiple custom items in one order?

Of course! Just add each item separately with its unique design to your cart before checking out.

❓ Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?

You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel or make changes. After that, we may still be able to help — but contact us ASAP so we can try!

🔁 What’s your return and refund policy?

We stand behind our work. Returns are accepted for defective, incorrect, or misprinted items. All issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at dtf@ftfdesignco.com and we’ll make it right.
